1.      Mac and Cheese


  • 250 grams cooked macaroni noodles
  • 4 tbsp. cannabis butter
  • 4 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups warm whole milk
  • 100 grams grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 100 grams grated Gouda cheese
  • 100 grams grated Gruyere cheese
  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • A pinch of salt and pepper

2. Stuffed Potato


  • 1 potato
  • 1 tbsp. cannabis butter
  • 2 tbsp. sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup spring onions
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash and dry the potato and place it onto a baking sheet. Poke a few holes into it, drizzle olive oil on top and add some salt. 

Put the potato in the oven to bake for 45 minutes up to an hour.

Wait for it to cool down before you handle it.

Make a little cut in the middle, and scoop up the potato pulp, leaving the shell.

Mix in the potato pulp with the butter, the sour cream, the grated cheddar and the seasoning and fill the potato with the mixture.

Add a bit more cheddar cheese on top and put the potato back in the oven for 10-20 minutes until the cheese is nice and melty.

3.      Pancakes


  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp. white sugar
  • 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 tbsp. cannabis butter, melted


Mix together the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Add the milk, the egg and the melted cannabis butter in the mixture and stir until smooth.

Heat up your frying pan over medium high heat. Scoop and pour approximately 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan. Cook until both sides get a golden brown colour and serve.

4.      Peanut Butter Cookies


  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp. cannabis butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda


Preheat the oven to 170°C.

Mix the peanut butter, sugar, cannabis butter, vanilla extract and the egg in a bowl until they combine.

Add flour and baking soda into the mixture and give it a good mix. Get a baking sheet and drop two spoonfuls of dough for each cookie. Use a fork to flatten the cookie and give it the classic peanut butter cookie look and place the tray into the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.

Leave them out to cool down for a few minutes before you dig in.

5.      Chocolate Covered Strawberries


  • Fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp. cannabis butter


Clean and wash the strawberries and set them aside in a bowl.

Melt the cannabis butter in with the chocolate chips until you get a smooth mixture.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ⅔ cup melted cannabis butter

  • 4-5 cups quick-cook oatmeal

  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 2-cup mix of chocolate chips, nuts, seed mix and raisins


Heat up the oven at 160°C.

Get a large baking pan and spray it with coconut or olive oil.

Add all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix them thoroughly. Add the mixture into the baking pan and press it into the pan, as evenly as possible.

Bake the mixture in the oven for about 20-30 minutes, or until it gets a nice golden brown colour. Allow it to cool for half an hour before you cut and serve your granola bars.

7.      Banana Ice Cream


  • 400 grams of bananas
  • 2 tbsp. cannabis butter
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 5 tbsp. sugar
  • 500 ml of cream
  • A pinch of salt
  • 5 tbsp. of honey
  • 3 tbsp. of rum


Use a saucepan to heat up the cream until it’s nearly boiling.

In a different saucepan melt the butter and the cannabis adding sugar and salt as well.

Pour the cream onto the melted butter and mix it until the mixture is smooth and even.

Peel, cut and mash the bananas in a large bowl. Add the other mixture in the bowl as well as the rum and honey.

Mix everything until smooth. Poor the whole mixture into a big container and leave it in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

8.      Guacamole


  • 4 ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp. cannabis butter
  • 1 cup small cherry tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion

Cut the avocados in half and remove the seeds. Scoop up the flesh from the avocados and mash it into a bowl until you get an even, smooth texture.
